Yesterday, Thursday 26th November, I visited your store in Kidlington around 10.30 am with a view to buy a new washing machine. Found what I wanted in store, but wanted an hour to think about it.

Telephoned back later that morning to confirm my purchase and paid with a debit card over the phone.

The washing machine was delivered about 4.30 pm the same day.

The man on my store visit was extremely helpful and took time to explain various options, and the gentleman who took my phone call to place my order, again, could not have been more helpful. He explained what I had to do to claim my free 10 year guarantee and offered to give me a duplicate invoice to send to Miele.
The two men who delivered it were cheerful and extremely helpful.

I have bought from you in the past and will certainly do so again when the time comes. I will also be pleased to recommend your company and employees to anyone.
